Hi there! I’m a 25 year old male who has been playing guitar for 10 years. I currently play in a band and I’ve been playing alongside other musicians for 20 years. I can provide affordable beginner guitar (acoustic and electric) lessons which will enable you to learn your favourite songs, as well as the skills you need to teach yourself in the future.
The lessons are $20 for 30 minutes, located at either my apartment in Richmond, my studio in Oakleigh South, or I can come to your house provided that it’s within 30 minutes of Richmond.
I am available most times on Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 5pm.
My lessons are open to beginners, ages eight and up to young adults. I have an understanding of the music component of the Australian Curriculum and am aware of what students' up to grade 10 prior knowledge is, in regards to vocabulary and what they will have learnt in school. I will use this to tailor specific lessons for school-ages students. If you don’t have your own guitar, I can provide one for you to use at the lessons. However, it is advisable for you to have your own so you can practice at home.
