Own room (with lock) available in lovely home in Oakleigh close to station, shops, cafes, everything. Includes bills. Meals available if required, to be negotiated.
The room has electric heating and has clothes storage and a single bed already set up. Freshly painted. Very clean and tidy home.

Very strict on this criteria. A previous applicant turned up once and I could smell the cigarette smoke on his breath - this was a waste of his travelling time. I am honest and straightforward, in that I do not want smokers on these premises, nor any drinking and yodelling or loutish behaviour!
The room would suit a working person only with references and proof of income.
Sharing with myself, a teacher, and my grown son. We have 2 cats and chickens, therefore lovely free-range eggs!
It's a very beautiful and peaceful home, so if you are mature, working, reliable, trustworthy, it may well suit you.
