You'll only be sharing with me (27-year old full-time law student, but I also work for a law firm and as a law tutor) and my dog Sarge. He's a staffy-X bull mastiff and everyone loves him. I'm generally pretty quiet as am super-busy all the time and if I'm not chained to my study/work I generally go out with friends rather than have bunches of people over.
Bills are shared (no water bills, just gas and electricity) as they come, but we will need to set up internet as my ex-flatmate disconnected it here and that would then be shared too.
You'd just need to fill out a bond transfer form for the current lease that expires April 02 2014 which can then be renewed. The room is available from October 31st.
