Room for rent. in HUGHESDALE, Victoria for sale

Offering: Looking for someone to take over my room in a share house in Hughsdale as I am moving overseas. Four bedroom house, currently two guys living there (one room is kept free for storage/spare room). Good size bedrooms, Bbq area out the back, house furnished except the bedroom, two fridges (no fighting over shelf space), quiet street, two minute walk from Oakleigh train station (15-20 minutes to city by train), on and off street parking, foxtel (included in price). Five minutes walk to Oakleigh CBD.
People: The other two house mates are easy going guys. Both work full time and have other committments too. often out and about. We have lived in the house together for almost two years and haven't had any problems. Not a party house but we have drinks occasionally. We buy/cook our own meals but one person will cook for everyone from time to time.
We're looking for someone easy going and tidy.
The house is $700 a month which includes all bills including foxtel. Bond is negotiable.
