Room with ensuite for couple share in massive 5 bed house in HUGHESDALE, Victoria for sale

Hey potential new house mates
I have a really sweet room that I'm not too happy about giving up, but life is moving me to another part if the state. It's a huge master bedroom for a couple to share, with an equally massive ensuite. You'll be sharing the place with 4 other very cool people that all like to interact but have their own lives and enjoy their own space. The house is 10 - 15 min walk to royal park or flemington bridge train station and tram stops near both station that takes you straight to the city. We're fairly close to lygon st, sydney rd and brunswick st and there are heaps of parks and a coffee shop near by.
Rent is $1055 per month for the room and bills extra. A single person can rent if they want but they'll still be expected to pay a 2 person share of the bills as that's what all the other house mates have budgeted on. We have Wifi as well.
